New Functionalities in the Stratasys Customer Hub

As part of Stratasys' journey towards an efficient business execution, we continuously work on the development and implementation of new functionalities in our Customer Hub that all of you nowadays successfully use for your material purchases.

Besides placing a material order, however, the Customer Hub provides way more functionalities and we encourage all of you to make use of the one-stop shop experience. An increased usage will allow for better service quality and reduced lead time to the customers.

SPARE PARTS PURCHASED AGAINST INVOICE
All spare parts that are not subject to “Free of Charge” due to contract/warranty can be purchased in the Customer Hub against invoice and either be collected by your forwarder (EXW) or shipped directly to your customer (depending on where you are located due to known restrictions and customs requirements).

QUOTING FUNCTIONALITY
You have the option to create quotes in the Customer Hub which can be useful in specific business scenarios. The quoting functionality does not yet include freight charges for bulk/heavy weight. We are working on the automation of the pallet business in the Customer Hub and plan to make it available in 2024.

PRINT HEADS AND SERVICE CONSUMABLES/WEARABLES, PM-KITS
You can purchase your PM-Kits and FOC or discounted print heads in the Customer Hub, based on the printer serial number

Choose the specific serial number and end customer ship-to site to benefit from respective price adjustments and to get the order shipped without freight charges as a FOC delivery
Depending on your business needs and your (and your end customer's) location, direct shipping might not be an option. However, you can always place your order EXWORKS and send your forwarder accordingly.

Kindly note that same as for materials, all print heads, service consumables/wearables and PM-Kits need to be purchased from the Customer Hub as of April 1st, 2023.

STRATASYS STORE CREDIT
In the past years we have had a material credit known as “resin credit”. It has been used to pay upfront and purchase materials against credit retrospectively (issuing a zero amount invoice whilst redeeming the credit).

Today, we are happy to introduce a newly added functionality named Stratasys Store Credit. Store Credit can either be purchased from Stratasys (upfront payment) or be included in an initial purchase of a hardware unit. This allows more flexibility for the end customer when it comes to budget availability. It also allows you to “purchase” a store credit with the initial hardware deal and to hand over the store card credit balance to the end customer later on.

To use the credits, you have to enter your Store Credit Card Number during the ordering process. Your credit will be reduced accordingly and including freight charges.
